Mary Harley

Mary Harley (or Harvey- alias Mary Farlee) was tried for piracy in 1726, Virgina colony, along with three other men. The men were hanged, however Mary was released. Her husband was also involved in piracy but he escaped capture. Both husband and wife were taken to the colonies as convicts in 1725.
